Rev. Russ Criswell has been serving at Tattnall Square Baptist Church since 2013. He has served as a Student Pastor and Associate Pastor for over twenty-five years throughout the state of Georgia. When working as a Student Pastor, Russ collaborated closely with the Georgia Baptist Mission Board Student Ministry and the Discipleship and Family Ministry Departments. He attended New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary where he received his degree from Leavell College.
Russ and his wife Kim have been married for over 32 years. Kim works in the church office and with our Wee/Learning Center. They have two children, Christopher and Chandler and his wife, Ansley. Micah has been playing the piano since he was 12 years old and has even taught piano lessons for the last four years. He grew up in Macon and attended First Evangelical Church before he answered the call to join us here at Tattnall. He not only plays for our worship services, but he has helped us by leading the worship music when we needed him to. Micah is also a realtor for Soneva Real Estate in Macon, Georgia.
Kim has been working in Early Childhood Care since 2001. She started off as a Lead Teacher in the Infants Room and has worked with all age groups. She earned her C.D.A. in 2002 and just completed her 40-hour Directors Course through the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning. Kim has been married to her husband James for twenty-three years. Together they have five children and seven grandchildren. Kim enjoys time with her family and a good book to read. Kim and James attend TSBC.
My name is Summer Ponce. I am a mother to three wonderful children! I have been in childcare for ten years! I recently earned my TCC for Early Childhood education. I enjoy spending my personal time with my husband, Bruce, and my children, Ava, Lindsey & Gray!
